Camella, the flagship brand of Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc., is transforming its Camella Provence in Malolos, Bulacan into a self-contained community that will include a convenience store, retail shops, a mall, home depot, school, hospital, offices, transportation hubs, and even a church. Camella caters to the affordable and mid-income segment of the market.
Early this year, Camella Provence started land development and road construction in its 150- hectare expansion.
Establishments that will join the community are: All Home, a home depot that will cater to homebuyers’ needs – from construction materials to appliances; and All Day Supermarket and All Day Convenience Store, which will offer broad selection of grocery products, and services such as bills payments, remittances, and mobile phone loading.
Camella Provence will also house its own place of worship that will accommodate 700 to 1,000 churchgoers, and a school, Georgia Academy.
“In Camella, we believe that a Filipino home extends outside the house; thus, we continue to innovate and develop to give our homebuyers an upgraded lifestyle within our communities,” said Ailene Sarmiento, Camella Bulacan’s GM.
Camella Provence has also increased its home offerings in response to the growing demand for more compact homes, as well as more expansive ones. It has recently launched a new enclave for Lessandra series, offering cozy and highly marketable bungalow and townhomes.
Another enclave offering a new line of larger homes, the Grande series, was also opened to meet the demands of bigger families or those who prefer to live with more latitude to grow. The Grande Series is a line of homes going from P4 to P8 million pesos, and floor areas ranging from 142 to 166 sqm.
As with all its communities, Camella Provence is masterplanned with facilities and amenities designed to raise its residents’ lifestyles, while making living easy and convenient, such as the clubhouse with swimming pool, children’s playground, open and covered ball courts, and jogging and biking paths.
The community also guarantees its homeowners’ safety with guarded entrance gates equipped with CCTV, as well as high perimeter fences, and round-the-clock roving security guards. Shuttle services are also available for the homeowners in the community.
